Care From The Heart In Home Services encompasses a large range of health and social services in our community. Our team is ready to help, listen, and acknowledge your needs with hands-on commitment to support you with respect and compassion.

Who We Are


Care From the Heart is a locally owned, family-operated business. Together, nurse, Jackie Tucker, and firefighter, Jeff Tucker, oversee the daily responsibilities of our agency.

 

The most important members of our Care Team are our Care Providers. Experienced, and qualified, their practice meets and exceeds Standard Precautions with our clients in all care settings in order to keep everyone safe.


Additionally, we partner with other health professional organizations, including the Alzheimer's Association of Santa Cruz and are members of the American Society on Aging (ASA) and the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH).

How We Care For You

To serve you best, a Case Manager/Nurse will meet with you at your convenience to assess your needs and develop a customized care plan (at no cost). Our team is ready to help, listen, and acknowledge your needs. Continuity and coordination of care is our hallmark.
