I am very happy with the care providers she sends me and never was there an occasion where there was any gap in service. The providers she sends are able to assist with my mother's care, who has dementia with physical limitations as a result of numerous strokes. The providers can handle her daily needs and also assist me by taking her to appointments and meeting me there. Jackie is detail-oriented and makes sure all of the needs are met and treats her care providers well too. "When I first contacted Care From The Heart (CFTH) and I made an appointment with Jackie, I was in a difficult situation. I was leaving California for Italy and I needed assistance for my husband. I did not know what to do as I would have found myself 6,000 miles away from him. Jackie was immediately very helpful and she gave me some good suggestions about what to do even before we agreed that they would take care of my husband. My husband is not an easy person and he was not happy about having a “stranger” at home. "Care From The Heart's experienced caregivers came to provide 24- hour "end of life" care for my husband for nearly 10 days. Along with Hospice, I was able to have the quality time I needed to be with my husband without having to manage every single aspect of his personal and care. Since Hospice only comes a few times per week, I employed the services from Care From the Heart to cover the remainder of days and hours. I would not have been able to spend quality time with my husband if I had tried to do all those hours and days by myself. I give Care From the Heart 5 stars for their compassion and complete respect for my husband, their understanding of end of life situations, and knowing I could trust each person in my home 24 hours per day."
